ITINERARY
Our itinerary starts with a tour in the historic city center, San Telmo, were you'll learn about the Black History of the city.
Then, we're off to explore the city and its many hues: from colorful, immigrant La Boca to posh, French Recoleta, you'll discover the city's rich history- all through a black lens. But knowledge alone doesn't make for a life-affirming experience, so expect to indulge in some of the city's tastiest restaurants at our Grafoodie tour, which willl take you through Palermo and off-the-beaten path Villa Crespo.
Buenos Aires is known for its lively night scene, and we'll take you to the dancefloor: learn the basics of tango and enjoy VIP seating and tickets at a milonga, and dance the night away at an afro-centered party!
You'll also learn about the roots of the Candombe and Tango rhythms in a Workshop with the Bonga Family - cultural leaders of the community. In addition, you'll have the opportunity to connect with local communities, including the Cape Verdean community in Avellaneda.
